Thank you letter from Mary L. Piepenbrink
for Jim Litts

September 21, 2005
I would like to write this short note to thank your organization for making a visit and remembering Jim Litts at Parkside Nursing Home.
He was very happy to be remembered. The plaque was extra special as was the lap throw and other gifts.
Jim served in World War II and recieved the bronze star of which he is very proud. He joined the Army while in High School and later enlisted in the Air Force during the Korean War. He has remained very patriotic over the years and keeps very interested and supportive of our troops and loves his American Flag.
He has been at Parkside for 13 years and get along very well with everyone.
He would like to thank youfor your kindness, but Jim is unable to speak or walk after suffering a stroke 13 years ago.
I have taken care of Jim and see that he gets everything he needs and I have visited him 4 or 5 times a week.
We both wnat to thank you for your kindness and God Bless All of You.
Sincerely, Mary Lou Piepenbrink
