Scouts Financial Assistance
The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is dedicated in the promotion and development in Youth Programs. We as Elks, consider Scouting as one of America’s finest traditions. An organization firmly committed by nurturing leadership skills, encouraging the highest ideals of character and development of strong values.
 
As in all organizations, some members are limited to their participation and involvement based on personal situations. With this in mind, Ohio Elks Association Youth Committee would like to offer a financial assistance program for scouts serving Ohio. The program agenda consist of the following:
  • Assistance for individual scouts is the program’s top preference.
  • Written request from an adult scout leader with detail information. Remember, the program is for candidates that do not have the opportunity to fulfill and achieve their goals in scouting.
  • Name and subject matters will be kept confidential.
  • Funds for fees, equipment, uniforms, camps, special projects or transportation issues.
  • Program existence is available until funds have been depleted.
