The purpose of this
meeting is to consider and act upon matters which may be properly presented
to said meeting and to elect officers to represent the various
Districts in the Association for the coming year of 2008-2009. |

Enclosed is a flyer
containing the highlights of the Convention. A more detailed tentative
schedule of events will follow in the future. Also enclosed are pre-registration
forms for the Convention. Registration forms may be reproduced as needed.
Please share the Convention information and registration forms with
all members of your lodge who might be interested in attending the Convention.

Association continues to subsidize the cost providing you with a relaxed
